BELONGING TO OUR LEARNING COMMUNITY:
In order to provide exceptional freedom and flexibility, all children enrolled in this program offered through The Bullock Garden Project, Inc. are registered as homeschool students for the purpose of state recognition.
Their Place Discovery and Learning Center welcomes children without regard to race, color, national origin, ethnicity, religion, economic background, gender, gender expression, or sexual orientation, and families without regard to composition.
As a microschool, Their Place DLC currently does not have the resources to support students who have intensive emotional, physical, or behavioral challenges. Their Place also has more freedom for self-direction than most traditional school environments, which is ideal for many children, but for others, this environment can make things more challenging. We ask that you keep in mind our program’s structure when applying, and invite you to contact us if you’d like help determining if your child’s specific needs would be best met through BGP's Their Place Discovery and Learning Center microschool program.

We aim to keep tuition as low as possible. The major expenses for a micro-school are teacher salaries and rent. A financial advantage of the microschool model is that there is little administrative overhead and rent is often low because it requires a smaller space. This provides families with a specialized education at a fraction of the cost of most private schools. For our first year, we will be operating out of one of our Trailblazer's homes. She has previously homeschooled her child and has plenty of room for yours while still strictly following CDC guidelines during the pandemic. Our tuition prices reflect our lower than expected rent.
Limited tuition assistance is available. Please check this box if you would like to apply for tuition assistance. We are actively pursuing creative ways to reduce tuition. If you feel that our school would be a good fit, even if tuition is a stretch for your family, please reach out to us! Families can expect a tuition increase of about 3% each year, which is typical for private schools. We do also offer a sibling discount.
